Carrey will host the Jan. 8 episode of "Saturday Night Live," with musical guest The Black Keys.
It will be nice to see Carrey back on the small screen doing sketch comedy. It's hard to believe the rubber-faced comedian/actor got his start as a relative unknown on "In Living Color," where he flourished playing a variety of bizarre characters -- including accident-prone Fire Marshal Bill.
