Jake is a 30 year-old man still living with his father Malachy because his soon to be ex-wife Nikki kicked him out. He works as a private investigator with his father and his father’s girlfriend. He is over-protective of his 16 year old niece, Tinny. He is the youngest child of Mal Doyle and his late wife Mary Ann, and their second son.
